Electronic Nail Dryer Set
Pushing company boundaries with more aquarium-like packaging, this project was a great opportunity to have a fully enclosed yet still exposed product.

Sometimes shelf space is tough to acquire and I have to work with smaller facings than usual. This project is a good example of utilizing every surface of the packaging that lets the product shine. Small but mighty is the objective here.
Anchoring the nail dryer unit down to the inner support structure, we utilized twist lock tabs that lock into the base of the dryer from below the platform. Diecut holes aligned perfectly with the dryer’s feet further provide control over the assembly from any rotation.
Keeping the lower stage structure and nail dryer planted down to the bottom of the main box, I have two thermoformed blisters designed to grip the products from both sides are the keystone to this packaging setup. Facing the inside they grab hold of the nail dryer while exterior faces contain the included nail polish pots and nail file, positioned right in the windows.
A cute colourful themed insert card also provides a playful backdrop to play into the aquatic artwork and seashell nail dryer. The USB cord that powers the device is stored inside the bottom stage platform.
The final result is a very airy and bright arrangement allowing great visibility for young curious eyes. Getting creative with the problem solving on this really paid off and importantly, doesn’t make the items feel claustrophobic. The packaging has the presence of items twice its size by doing this.
