Cosmetics and Bracelets Vending Machines

The concept of this project at kickoff was a product line of two items that were to feature interactive packaging serving as vending machines, enriching the play pattern of the items by adding fun to the unboxing experience.

The items are held in coloured PET blisters and dispensed by removing the 6 pull tabs, and two perforated doors.

To prevent the perforated doors and pull tabs from being tampered with while on retail display, protective sleeves are secured covering the doors and tabs.

The protective sleeves also allow for the standardized packaging info to be printed on them, to save the main boxes from that content – allowing the main boxes to fully utilize the vending machine artwork without making room for the standard legal content.

The tabs are marked so the lower level is pulled first, clearing the way for the upper level and the mystery tab + surprise door add to the play pattern.
